Remote Learning Field Trips Are Socially Distant Educational Vacations

While COVID-19 has made many facets of the traditional educational process more complicated this year, Starved Rock Lodge has built a new program to make sure your young learners can still enjoy a safe and entertaining fieldtrip! With many schools opting for remote learning this year, the team at The Lodge has crafted a program that includes an overnight stay for two guests, two boxed lunches, a complimentary backpack and a remote learning packet to accompany your exploration throughout the park!

Check out this video for more info!

With the help of the packet, students will learn about Native American History, geology, astronomy and nature, then they can wrap up their trip by taking the packet’s “Pool School” quiz, then they can enjoy a swim in the Lodge’s sprawling indoor pool. Upon completion of this socially distant field trip, your student will receive a special Certificate of Achievement and will be given a complimentary commemorative backpack to take home!
