To compliment the Hamachi Tacos and Build Your Own Burger, I also ordered a side of their famed sea salt fries. These are always a highlight of any trip to B.A.S.H. and I was pleased they tasted just as good after the curbside pick-up process.
While nibbling on the fries, I began thinking about the number of times I've shared them with friends, family and co-workers, around the sushi bar or sitting at one of those big communal tables. That sense of community is really one of the secret ingredients of the B.A.S.H. experience, and even through the curbside pick-up and social distancing, that spirit still shines in their food.
I look forward to the day when we can all share a table and some sea salt fries at B.A.S.H. again. Until then, Ottawa's Burger and Sushi House is an excellent option if you're looking for curbside carryout!
